Beyond Lohas Sdn Bhd manufactures 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 premix powder beverages under our clients' brands. We have no consumer label of our own — the whole business is built around making someone else's product come out right, batch after batch.
It started at Balakong with a short customer list
The company was established in 2017 at Balakong Industrial Park, blending premix powder for a handful of local food service customers. The work was the same then as it is now: take somebody's flavour brief and turn it into a powder that behaves identically every time it is made.
What changed was scale. As order volumes and the number of formulations grew, the original site stopped being able to hold the raw material and the finished stock at the same time.
Kajang gave us room to run production to order
Beyond Lohas now operates from Kawasan Perusahaan Bukit Angkat in Kajang, Selangor, with blending, filling, sealing and finished-goods storage under one roof.
That matters more than it sounds. With proper floor space we schedule production against confirmed orders rather than against whatever the room can physically fit — which is what makes a reliable lead time possible in the first place.
Consistency is the actual product
Anybody can make one good cup. A premix has to dissolve the same way, taste the same and hold the same shelf behaviour in the thousandth bag as it did in the sample a client signed off months earlier.
Our R&D team brings more than ten years in the beverage industry to that problem — matching an existing taste profile, rebalancing sweetness and creamer ratios against a target cost, or building a formulation from nothing but a description.

Coffee, tea, chocolate and bubble tea lines develop alongside each other, each built on the same premix discipline of instant base, creamer, sugar and flavour powders.

Beyond Lohas is HALAL certified by JAKIM Malaysia, covering the premix powder products we manufacture. A client producing under their own brand inherits that status for the product we make for them.
For most retail chains, hotel groups and institutional buyers in this market it is the first question asked and the fastest way to be disqualified. Worth confirming before a supply agreement rather than discovering it afterwards.
Inside the plant
Powder is blended to the agreed formulation, weighed, filled and heat-sealed into aluminium foil bags, then cartoned and held for despatch. Click any photograph to see it full size.
