OEM Service

Your formulation, your label, our factory

O.E.M. means we manufacture the product and you sell it as your own. Here is exactly how a job runs, from the first flavour conversation to delivery.

What It Means

You own the brand. We own the production problem.

Original Equipment Manufacturing means a client comes with a product they want to sell and we build and produce it for them. The recipe is developed to your brief. The bag carries your label and your registered brand. Nothing on the finished product points back to us.

That matters commercially. If an outlet sells a house-brand white coffee, every bag reinforces that outlet's name — not a supplier's. You control the positioning, the presentation and the price, and the customer relationship stays yours.

You are also not buying off a fixed list. Sweetness, creamer ratio, body, colour, solubility and cost can all be moved. Minimum order quantity depends on the raw material and the flavour rather than a blanket figure, which is what makes smaller first runs workable.

Who It Suits

Operators who already have customers

O.E.M. works best where there is an existing counter and an existing following — somewhere a house-brand product has somewhere to go from day one.

Cafés Restaurants Food courts Karaoke outlets Canteens Kiosks Bubble tea kiosks Hotels Vending operators
The Procedure

Five steps from brief to delivery

Costing is revisited at more than one point in this sequence, because it moves with the formulation. That is deliberate — you should see the cost change when the recipe changes, not at the end.

01

Define the flavour you want to sell and the cost it has to hit.

Step One

Define flavour & target cost

We start with what you want to sell and what it has to cost. This is also where the physical specification gets settled, so nothing is left to be discovered during production.

Settled at this stage MOQ, weight, packaging, labelling, cartoning and delivery.
Step Two

Existing recipe or R&D formulation

Either we start from a formulation we already produce, or our R&D team develops one against your brief — matching a taste profile you bring us, or building it from a description.

Note Costing and MOQ depend on supplier requirements for the raw materials involved.
Step Three

Sample testing

We produce a sample for you to taste and trial on your own equipment. It is adjusted against your feedback until the profile is right — this is the stage that usually runs more than one round.

Note Costing may change if the formulation changes during this stage.
Step Four

Final product

Once the recipe is signed off, the final product goes for laboratory testing before any production run is scheduled.

Lab testing covers Nutrition analysis and microbiological testing.
Step Five

Payment & delivery

Production runs against the confirmed order, and the finished goods are packed, cartoned and delivered to you.

Terms 50% advance on order confirmation, 50% balance before delivery.
Payment Terms

Split 50 / 50, stated up front

No hidden staging and nothing to discover late. These are the standard terms for an O.E.M. production order, from confirmation through to despatch.

0
Advance
Payable on order confirmation, before production is scheduled.
0
Balance
Payable before delivery of the finished goods.

Step one only needs a flavour and a number

Tell us what you want to sell and roughly what it has to cost. We will come back on formulation, MOQ and packing, and take it from there.
